- Licensed internet use of any photos or graphics we supply restricted to your Knottwood-designed website ONLY. (You MAY use Knottwood photos appearing on that site for supporting brochures, promotional material, or business cards, of course!)
- We actively practice the principle of confidentiality. Any personal information you do provide is protected under the federal Privacy Act. We adhere strictly to the Canadian Standards Association's 10 BASIC PRINCIPLES

- Personal or company cheque (Ontario only)
*40% retainer to be paid on acceptance of contract. Completed website and supporting CD/DVD's and documentation package delivered when final payment clears our bank
